Regional Studio Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an AJ100 top practice renowned for our excellence in architecture and heritage/conservation consultancy.

We are seeking a Regional Studio Manager to support and influence change to enable the growth and development of Purcell’s West Region in Bristol and Oxford on a 12 months fixed term contract.    This role requires an excellent all-round understanding of business challenges, new initiatives and marketing opportunities, as you will be working closely with the Regional Partner and Senior Team.

Your role will include:

  • Managing and Mentoring the Regional Bid & Marketing Coordinator.
  • Maintaining quality assurance procedures and adhere to company policies.
  • Developing the technical and administration team across the region and planning for retention and succession.
  • Working closely with Senior Management and central HR team to tackle regional issues when they arise.
  • Coordinating and attending networking events and creating brand awareness.
  • Supporting the Regional Bid & Marketing Coordinator to ensure collateral is relevant, adaptable, engaging, accessible and up-to-date.
  • Ensuring Bids for the region are in line with Regional Business Development.

Essential requirements for the role:

  • Previous Management experience including dealing with people of all levels.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office programmes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Travel between both Oxford and Bristol office.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the architecture/construction industry.
