Theo has a wealth of experience as a qualified architect and has a strong portfolio of realised projects from a wide variety of sectors. He brings experience of all aspects of the design process, managing programme and delivery through a variety of contract and procurement types and through all phases of the design and construction process. He joined Purcell in 2012 to lead a major private residential project in central London and was made Associate in 2013.

Theo specialises in the in the adaptation and reuse of buildings of historic significance and new buildings located in sensitive settings. Key completed projects include; a new hotel at Syon Park, the Pavilion at Lords Cricket Ground and the refurbishment and the extension of a significant Grade I listed townhouse in Mayfair. Projects on site include the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Knightsbridge and two private houses within The Crown Estate.

Theo enjoys the collaborative process of developing the project with the client, the design team and the wider project team of contractors, specialists and crafts people and has a particular strength in detailed design and the realisation of the project on site.
