She is passionate about historic buildings and enjoys learning about the history of a building whilst attempting to understand how the design and the use have evolved over time. She is particularly experienced in public sector works including museum, education and community projects. She is keen to create accessible space for all, paying special attention to those who face physical challenges as well as those with hidden disabilities.
As an active volunteer in the local community, Sonoe has been involved in creating a new website for her former client, Ancoats Dispensary Trust to unfold its campaign to save grade II listed former Ancoats Hospital.
