Ed joined Purcell as an Associate Partner in our Bristol studio in 2023.

A design-focused architect with nearly 20 years experience working in practice, he enjoys guiding clients through challenging and complex projects, and thrives on collaborating with stakeholders and local authorities.

Ed is passionate about the built environment, and the marriage of high-quality design, heritage, and social value in placemaking. His experience spans commercial, residential, education, cultural and masterplanning sectors, across locations including London, Oxford, Manchester and Bristol, as well as China.
