Business Management Administrator

Colchester

We are looking for a Business Management Administrator to join our Business Management team.

They are a small team based in our Colchester Studio providing service to our studios in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia.

With a combined 34 years of experience at Purcell, they are looking for a new colleague who is looking for an administrative role with an exciting range of development opportunities.

We are looking for a talented administrator with ambition and a thirst for learning. Candidates must have determination and ability to take on a wide range of tasks & operational initiatives to support the delivery of our architectural projects.

It’s an enterprising job, with the need for great team spirit as well as the ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.

 The role will require 22.5 hours commitment per week. For continuity we are seeking 4.5 hours in the office Monday – Friday. However, we can consider some degree of flexibility to suit personal circumstances.

 The Tasks

The tasks will be varied and will support the work of other members of the Business Management team giving the successful candidate visibility and overview of our business operations. Task will include, but not be limited to the following areas:

Team Support

  • Managing team task lists
  • Updating the schedule of annual team activities and document reviews
  • Production of the Annual Meeting Schedule

 Health & Safety

  • Regular in-house H&S campaigns
  • PPE stocks and inventory
  • Reporting & Measuring against H&S targets - Online Training & Site Risk Assessments
  • H&S Online & CSCS Records in Rapport
  • Recording updates for Starters and Leavers

Risk

  • Quarterly reviews / updates Strategic & Operational Risk Register
  • Quarterly anti-Bribery records and register

Corporate Subscriptions and Membership Renewals

  • CHAS
  • Alcumus
  • Avetta (Hong Kong)
  • Green Register
  • BSI
  • ICO
  • AECB

 Supplier Questionnaires

  • Completion of Approved Supplier Questionnaires
  • Development of an Approved Supplier Questionnaire template
