Purcell was commissioned to design a scheme to repair and refurbish Grade 1 listed St. Mary’s House and to provide access to the undercroft below the east of the Assembly House itself.
Purcell was appointed for the reconstruction of numbers 31-34 Upper Market Place in Fakenham which were completely destroyed when a devastating fire swept through the buildings.
