James joined the Purcell York Office in 2018 after completing his Part II at Edinburgh. Since then he has worked on a variety of large projects, collaborating with extensive teams, from Bishop Auckland to Hull: Yorkshire’s Maritime City.
James uses and applies where possible his 3D modelling knowledge and skills to deliver a project, be that in concept or technical design. He is focused on the opportunities that revitalising heritage architecture, with contemporary architectural methodology and practices, can achieve for both current and future generations.
