David Burdon

B.Des.Arch M.Arch(Hons)

David is a registered architect whose background includes the design and documentation of public projects with the NSW Government Architect’s Office and extensive heritage experience in the private sector.

David has worked with numerous stakeholders across the education, culture, community and residential sectors, and he is always keen to investigate new design problems within an understanding of the context of a place. His previous projects have included new design, adaptive re-use, conservation, masterplanning and asset management advice.

David is a former Lethaby Scholar with the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (UK), and continues to tutor regularly at the University of Sydney in both architectural design and heritage conservation.
