Purcell has been appointed, alongside BDP, Pick Everard and Capita, to a multi-million framework of architectural, mechanical and engineering work on the historic central London Parliament estate.

Purcell will be part of the framework to provide the heritage consultation, architecture, conservation, restoration and masterplanning on a series of projects at Parliament’s headquarters, other buildings across Whitehall and the Palace of Westminster over the next four years.

The four teams were selected on a 50 per cent quality, 50 per cent cost basis to provide a range of services to parliament’s division of Strategic Estates. Work will include maintenance work, refurbishments and new builds to the complex historic infrastructure.
