Purcell is now the 9th leading architectural practice in the UK according to the AJ100.
The results were revealed at the AJ100 Awards ceremony at the Tower of London on 8th June. Rising from 10th place to 9th place marks a great achievement and as more high profile project wins buoy the practice, Purcell is now recognised as one of the UK’s leading architectural design experts.
The AJ100 ranks the top UK practices and is coordinated by the Architects Journal. Consolidating the practice’s position in the industry, AJ journalist Merlin Fulcher wrote: “Purcell has been on a winning streak, landing an impressive haul of new appointments in its core specialism of creative conservation and heritage design.”
Commenting on the news, CEO Mark Goldspink said: “As a practice we are extremely proud of everything Purcell is achieving and the recognition of 9th place in the AJ100. As a CEO, I am most proud of our people. The raw talent, ambition and desire to design innovative buildings is Purcell’s biggest asset and is what drives the outstanding work that continues to be produced by the practice. Striving to go above and beyond client aspirations is our practice ethos and one we will continue to focus on.”
