Purcell is working on the £200m Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre Project which is being developed by BS Stanford Ltd, the operating company of the Black Stork Charity.

The project involves a major 37,000m2 new build of a 21st century bespoke clinical rehabilitation establishment for the armed forces. Located on the Stanford Hall Estate in Nottinghamshire, the Grade II* listed Hall and a number of other listed structures will be refurbished as offices, training facilities and accommodation.

Purcell is collaborating with construction group Interserve on the scheme. The centre is due to be operational in 2018.
