Senior Technical Associate

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Technical Architect to join our London studio as Senior Associate. This role will provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams on the development of RIBA Stage 3-4 packages and technical specifications. We’re after a results driven, tenacious, driven technical expert to support and input on a wide range of bespoke architectural projects including exemplary conservation repair, refurbishment projects, and new build design. We are a progressive practice, so you’ll need to understand our culture and strategy, identify opportunities and be responsible for assisting in developing the technical skills of our staff and project teams.

Qualifications, Accreditations, Memberships

  • Essential: ARB, RIBA / RICS
  • Desirable: AABC, IHBC, RIBASCA
  • Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience on delivering major projects over £50m construction value.
  • Working knowledge of delivering complex projects in Revit.
  • Demonstrable technical experience in RIBA Stages 3 & 4, developing detailed working drawing packages and technical specifications
  • Experience of managing Stage 4 technical deliverables to a demanding programme within a large project structure.
  • Inputting into the technical delivery of architectural projects to the highest standards
  • Proven ability of managing and developing individuals and teams
  • Commercial awareness
  • Effectively communicate at all levels (internal & external)
  • Excellent presentation skills (Visual, written & spoken)
  • Ability to organise and plan – analytical skills
