We are looking for committed, ambitious and knowledgeable senior heritage consultants to join our heritage consultancy team. These position offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the direction of heritage consultancy in the South-East region managing change to significant places and developing our business and heritage team. You will act as project leader on a variety of projects in your region, making decisions, providing heritage advice, advocacy and guidance and preparing fee proposals and tender submissions for heritage projects. Your focus will be providing bespoke and high-quality advice, with outputs including conservation management plans, significance and capacity analysis, and heritage impact assessments.
A key element of the role will be to continue to grow our client base in your region, requiring experience in business development, networking and drawing upon existing contacts. There is an expectation, that in time, you would take on management of other team members in your region, managing resource, reviewing work, building a pipeline of work for the team and growing the team’s skills.
