This is a brilliant opportunity to work within our London leadership team, to take the lead in managing the 60 person Bermondsey studio, structured within 5 teams, in our geographically diverse business model. We’re looking for a charismatic, talented architect, a people manager and leader, who is a results-driven, tenacious, go getter, to run the studio. An individual who can also get involved in managing a mixture of bespoke architectural projects and deliver new business.
Your role will include:
Working closely with the Regional Partner and Studio Manager, you will lead and manage the studio, with a turnover of £6m, plan resources across all architectural projects in the studio so that it is successful, ensuring financial profitability. Working with Studio leadership & HR to run the studio day to day, you will be an excellent communicator, with experience in employee relations and line management, work winning, the complexities of resourcing & recruitment, whilst empowering employees to achieve goals as a collaborative team.
