We want to develop our talent and challenge the conventional way of doings things, providing unique opportunities – such as the Purcell Conservation School and Design Forums – to learn, adopt and share our blend of design, heritage, conservation and masterplanning skills. We encourage a minimum of 35 hours continuous professional development (CPD) per year, including technical skills, leadership training, mentoring, and specialised or bespoke courses.
