This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR department at a pivotal time on our journey to EO in May 2020. We are a team of HR generalists, so you will get the opportunity to get involved in all areas of HR and employee life cycle.

This role will be a key role as our HR Advisor, taking the lead on operational HR from day to day activities to employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and ER across all locations. You will also lead and deliver on HR projects, managing expectations and continuous improvement to ensure we are in the right place for EO.

Desirable attributes

  • We are looking for an accomplished HR generalist with experience delivering on all HR operational activities.
  • An analytical, numerate individual with a great attention to detail and the desire to deliver all projects to a high standard and to time/budget. Proactive at managing expectations of stakeholders. Excel and InDesign skills would be a plus
  • Experience working in a regionalised environment and willing to travel on a regular basis to the other locations
  • The confidence and influencing skills to work with employees at all levels
  • A bright, proactive, energetic individual who shows initiative, has a sense of humour and is keen to make change happen and deliver. Team player. Happy to roll sleeves up and get involved in all areas of HR to ensure delivery and able to work on their own.
