East Regional Partner

As part of the Collective Ambition, we are moving towards a more regional based structure. As a result of these changes, we are now looking for a Regional Partner to head up the East Regions offices (Cambridge, Colchester and Norwich). This Board level role will drive the regional business forward and develop the best talent within it, to deliver on our Collective Ambition, working for a multi-award winning, international architectural practice. 

Your role will include:

Lead: to lead and manage the region so that it is successful and profitable. To ensure that employees are committed and empowered to achieve the regions goals as a collaborative team. Enable a strategic evolution of the region that utilises the expertise and skills of the regional studios. Developing a robust long term strategy for the region that will provide opportunities for growth.

Win: ensure the region has the appropriate resources to win new projects to enable the strategic growth of the region across current sectors and new sectors. Prioritising Business Development and marketing, we will continue to win new projects to support the regional studios. 

Contribute: to contribute to Purcell's reputation and to realise our vision 'to ensure that our clients buildings are designed for use today and for future generations.

Skills, knowledge, experience:

You will have a proven track record of leading and managing complex project teams. Including developing individuals and teams. A track record of networking and relationship building both National and International, the ability to organise and plan 

You will have experience of leading and managing the seamless running of all architectural projects to the highest standards.

You will be a strategic and conceptual thinker, have commercial awareness and aptitude for business management, delegation skills, be able to communicate at all levels.
