As one family, our architects, designers and heritage leaders explore the opportunity, learn throughout the project and respond above expectations. We are looking for an exceptionally talented expert to provide bid and marketing support as part of our East Region team. This is a brilliant opportunity to contribute to strategic bids in our geographically diverse business model. We’re after a results driven, tenacious, go-getter to take on a wide range of strategic bid initiatives to support the delivery of bespoke architectural projects. We are a progressive practice, so you’ll need to understand our culture and strategy and be responsible for your own work.


Tasks

  • Provision of accurate & appropriate bid information to enable bid efficiency of others
  • Consistent marketing messages & brand
  • High quality & winning bids
  • Commitment to Group team vision & objectives
  • Timely issue of accurate information & reports
  • Client satisfaction (internal & external)
  • Be an ambassador, set standards in behaviours
  • Contribution to the delivery of department strategic plan
  • Learn, apply, share expertise
  • Accurate statistic, reports & success rates
  • Appropriate support provided to bid teams (Bid Coordinators, Partners, Associates, etc.)

Skills Base

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Advanced experience of using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding competitor marketing strategies
  • Some experience of using & implementing a brand
  • Ability to organise, plan, multi-task & meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, accuracy
  • Problem solving & implementing solutions
  • Clear succinct written & verbal communications at all levels (internal & external)
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Understanding the complexities of working in a similar environment
  • Influencing & negotiating skills
  • Delegation skills
  • Ability to build relationships (internal & external)

Highly desirable:

  • Degree in a marketing, communications, PR, media field. CIM Accreditation
