We are looking for an exceptionally talented architect to lead in our team in London. This is a brilliant opportunity to take complete ownership of projects in our geographically diverse business model. We’re after a results driven, tenacious, go getter to take on managing a mixture of bespoke architectural projects whilst also delivering new business. We are a progressive practice, so you’ll need to understand our culture and strategy, identify opportunities and be responsible for developing staff. It’s an entrepreneurial job, with loads of responsibility and the freedom to deliver results.

Qualifications, Accreditations, Memberships

  • Essential: ARB, RIBA / RICS
  • Desirable: AABC, IHBC, RIBASCA

Skills, Knowledge, Experience (Expectations)

  • Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience on delivering major projects over £50m construction value.
  • Working knowledge of delivering complex projects in Revit.
  • Technical experience in RIBA Stages 3 & 4.
  • Hands on experience of major refurbishment projects.
  • Experience of managing a team to a demanding programme within a large project structure.
  • Manage the seamless running of all architectural projects to the highest standards
  • Proven ability of leading, managing and developing individuals and teams
  • Strategic and conceptual thinker
  • Commercial awareness / aptitude for business management
  • Delegation skills
  • Effectively communicate at all levels (internal & external)
  • Excellent presentation skills (Visual, written & spoken)
  • Ability to organise and plan – analytical skills
