Heritage Consultant
London
We are currently seeking a Heritage Consultant to join our London Team, reporting to a team manager but also managing workload and Business Development opportunities within a region. It will be necessary to undertake research and assessment of buildings and sites within the historic environment, in order to compose various reports and provide advice. Travelling mainly within your region is required.
Candidates must:
- be able to demonstrate a clear understanding and experience of working with current legislation including the National Planning Policy Framework and current guidance from English Heritage
- have a skills base in Archaeology, Architecture, Art History, Conservation or another relevant field
- have at least 5 years of relevant experience
A degree in any of the above fields is also preferable, as is a UK driving license. Additional skills such as AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite and photography are beneficial but not essential.
Examples of work will be necessary if asked to interview.
