Luke Brennan

Luke joined Purcell in 2007 following the practice’s merger with Niall Phillips Architects.

With a strong track record designing and delivering well crafted new-build and refurbishment projects, primarily in the education and arts sectors, Luke has extensive experience in the design of sympathetic and contemporary interventions in sensitive locations, such as greenbelts and listed building curtilages.

Luke can also draw from a broad experience in the design of interiors ranging from art galleries to one-off restaurants. He has a particular interest in wood technologies, which informs his approach to low carbon construction and the sustainable use of materials.

As an effective team player who is also able to take an individual lead, Luke brings integrity, diligence and enthusiasm to his work.
